About Ida Larmo
Ida Larmo grew up in Bjørkelangen in Aurskog-Høland. She has a bachelor’s degree in visual communication from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and has lived in Kabelvåg in Lofoten since 2016. In recent years Larmo has worked with children’s books and graphic assignments, but mostly with historical non-fiction where she draws herself into the story to take the reader along with her into her discoveries. Larmo works artistically. Mainly with watercolor, ink and pencil with great freedom and variation in expression.
