About Yang Xueting
Yang Xueting is a Chinese-born cartoonist and illustrator living in Oslo. Her work explores nature, memories and belonging through a quiet and poetic expression. In books such as Et annet sted (Another Place), Kjøkken (Kitchen) and Tenner (Teeth), she depicts everyday moments with sensitivity and touches of magical realism. She is known for her emotional depth and atmospheric visual language.
